Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the integrity, traceability and contamination concerns associated with laboratory research materials, opened or compromised products cannot be returned.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact refunds@nostradaminc.org within 48 hours of delivery if an order:

• Arrives visibly damaged.
• Contains the incorrect product.
• Is missing an item.
• Has materially compromised packaging.

Include:

• Order number.
• Description of the problem.
• Photographs of the product, label, packaging and shipping box.
• Photograph of the packing slip, if included.

Do not discard products or packaging until the claim is resolved.

After verification, we may provide replacement, refund or store credit as appropriate and legally permitted.

Unopened returns

A return may be requested within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery only when the product is:

• Unopened and unused.
• Unpunctured and untampered with.
• In its original sealed packaging.
• Stored and handled according to accompanying instructions.
• Authorized for return before shipment.

Email refunds@nostradaminc.org for authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on discretionary returns. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nonreturnable products

We cannot accept:

• Opened, punctured, used or altered products.
• Products without original labels or packaging.
• Products stored contrary to supplied instructions.
• Products returned without authorization.
• Gift cards or downloadable materials.
• Products identified as final sale, where legally permitted.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot ordinarily be canceled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the financial institution to post the credit.

Shipping delays

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights arising from legally regulated shipping delays. FTC rules require sellers to ship within the represented period or obtain consent to a delay and provide required refund options. FTC shipping rule guidance
